From Design to Reality: Printing That Stands Out

In this section, I present a selection of print media projects developed while working at Duplo Impacto. My experience spans various techniques and materials, including UV printing, laser engraving, vehicle graphics, windows displays, textile printing, and large format signage. I also worked on banners, posters, stickers, and many other customized solutions, always prioritizing precision and visual impact. This section showcases not just the final product, but also teamwork behind each piece, highlighting the synergy between design, technology, and craftsmanship.

Mastering Textile — Printing Techniques.

Here, you'll see examples of DTF printed hats, but this technique can be applied to a wide range of textiles. The designs and print files were created and prepared by me, ensuring precision and visual impact. However, the production process was a collaborative effort, while a colleague operated the printing machine, the final printing and finishing were handled by the skilled team in the stamping department.

Beyond DTF printing, I have also learned and worked with various textile printing techniques, each offering unique applications and finishes. My experience includes Videoflex, Flex Printing, Screen Print Transfers and Direct Ink Printing.

I have also gained expertise in preparing print files and selecting the right materials for each method, ensuring high-quality results across different textiles. This knowledge allows me to adapt designs to the most suitable techniques for each project, balancing durability, texture, and visual impact.

Printing Without Limits — Large-Format Solutions

Large-format printing offers endless possibilities for branding, decoration, and promotional materials. The examples presented here showcase rigid 3mm PVC boards with matte laminated digital print, a combination that ensures both visual appeal and long-lasting durability.

Beyond custom PVC boards, my expertise extends to wide range of large-format applications, including adhesive stickers, canva prints, Roll-Ups, banners and posters. Each material carefully selected and printed to achieve maximum impact, whether for branding, decoration, or professional presentations.

With a deep understanding of print preparation, materials, and finishing techniques, I bring designs to life in a way that is both functional and visually striking.

Precision & Craft — UV Printing & Laser Engraving

Here are some examples of custom-designed trophies, primarily crafted from acrylic with UV printing and wood with laser engraving. UV printing on wood and laser engraving on acrylic are also possibilities, but the examples presented demonstrate the optimal pairing of technique and material for refined and also striking finish.

Beyond the design process, I was also directly involved in production. I operated the laser cutting and engraving machine, ensuring precision in every detail. My colleague handled the UV printing process, bringing my designs to life with high-quality and vibrant prints.

While these techniques were applied to trophies in this examples, their versatility extends far beyond. We can also use them to create decorative pieces, bookmarks, and more, making each project a perfect blend of aesthetic appeal and durability.

Vehicle Graphics — From Design to Execution

This is some of my work in vehicle graphics, a crucial element in brand identity and mobile advertising. The examples displayed use a combination of vinyl cutting, for sharp clean logos and lettering, Laminated digital printing for full-color branding with added durability and micro-perforated vinyl, for window applications without obstructing visibility.

While I was not responsible for physically applying the graphics, I played a key role in the preparation and execution: I took the precise measurements, to ensure seamless application; Created and adapted the designs to fit different vehicle models and surfaces; And, prepared and cut materials organizing them for efficient applications.

Each project was a balance of technical expertise and creative execution, resulting in effective and professional vehicle branding solutions.

Beyond The Glass — Store Window Branding & Decor

Storefront displays are an extension of a brand's identity, and the right graphics turn them into compelling marketing tools. The Little Lotus project exemplifies this. featuring: Vinyl-cut exterior decals, for a clean polished look; Vinyl graphics on interior elements, such as bathtubs; And a custom acrylic front sign, adding an extra layer of sophistication.

For other storefront project, a combination of techniques ca be used: Laminated digital printing for striking high-resolution visuals; and micro-perforated vinyl to create designs that integrate seamlessly with windows.

My role in this project involved: Designing and adapting graphics for a perfect fit; Preparing materials with precision, from cutting to final layout; And collaborating with the team, ensuring everything was production-ready.
