Design That Speaks — Visual Identity & Creativity
Good design isn't just seen—it's felt. This section showcases my work in graphic design, where strategy meets aesthetics to create impactful visuals. From branding and typography to editorial layouts and digital graphics, each project is crafted to communicate, inspire, and engage. Whether developing a fresh brand identity or refining an existing one, my approach is rooted in creativity, precision, and deep understanding of visual storytelling.
Designed with Heart — My Personal Visual Identity
Creating my own visual identity was more than just a design project, it was an exploration of who I am as a creative. This branding represents my aesthetic vision, my personality, and the essence of my work. It is a balance between delicacy, modernity, simplicity and uniqueness.
With a carefully curated color palette, soft geometric elements, and a custom typography style, my identity blends elegance with subtle touch of playfulness. The organic shapes, light tones, and refined details symbolize creativity, authenticity, and a deep connection to my artistic approach.
This project is a testament to my growth as a designer, an expression of my artistic voice, and a brand that truly feels like home. Every detail is intentional, every line holds meaning, and together, they form a visual identity that represents me, both professionally and personally.

Duplo Impacto — A Fresh Start

Every great milestone deserves a transformation. For Duplo Impacto 30th anniversary, the challenge was to revamp its visual identity to match its growth and evolution.
Together with my colleague Vera, we redesigned the logo, removing excess elements, refining the color palette, and creating a more modern and balanced visual identity. But this change wasn't just about aesthetics. It also marked a shift in the company's positioning, strengthening its internal culture and team spirit.
This project reflects the power of design in shaping brands that evolve while staying true to their essence.
Redesigning Duplo Impacto visual identity was more than just a professional challenge, it was a special project for me because this is a company to which I dedicated three years of my life.
A Design that Honors Porto's Oldest Electrical Store

Creating the visual identity and business cards for Neves Loureiro was more than just a design project, it was an opportunity to honor legacy. As the oldest electrical supply store in Porto, this establishment carries a rich history, and I wanted to reflect that in a brand identity that feels both timeless and contemporary.
The logo is inspired by Porto's distinct graphic language, capturing the city's traditional aesthetics while modernizing its expression. The combination of deep blue and gold reinforces the store's heritage, credibility, and enduring presence in the community.
This project fills me with pride, not only because of the design itself but also because it represents a connection between past and future, where tradition meets modernity in a way that remains true to Porto's identity.
Turning Words into Brands — A Design Challenge

Branding is storytelling, and in October 2021 , I embarked on a challenge that allowed me to tell 30 different stories through design.
Inktober is an annual challenge where participants receive a different word for each day of the October's month and create something inspired by it. While many choose illustration and writing, I took a unique approach: I transformed each word into a brand.
Each identity was a creative exercise, pushing me to think beyond aesthetics and craft meaningful visual narratives. The result? A collection of conceptual brands, each with its own personality, born from a single word.
Ailand — The AI-Powered Assistant for Time Management & Organization

Ailand was my final project in college, designed to address one of the most common struggles in modern life, time management and organization. Built around the core principles of AI integration, UX/UI design, multifunctionality, and personalization, Ailand serves as an intelligent and intuitive tool to help users take control of their schedules.
The concept was inspired by the documentary My Octopus Teacher (Netflix), which influenced the creation of the app's mascot, an AI-powered octopus that serves as a personal guide, reminding and assisting users in their daily tasks.
Unlike traditional productivity apps, which often require users to switch between different platforms that may or may not sync properly, Ailand consolidates all essential resources into one seamless, multifunctional experience. Designed for busy individuals, it functions as an all-in-one support system that offers the necessary tools for effective time management.
The app's mission is simple: to motivate and assist users in getting things done while proving that, with the right approach, there is time for everything.
In order to create an intuitive yet powerful user experience, I started by conducting surveys to understand the key stress points in time management. I then analyzed existing mobile applications, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Using the insights, I developed wireframes and iterated through multiple design phases until reaching the final concept. The app was fully designed in Figma, with a focus on creating a visually engaging yet straightforward interface that balances complexity with usability.
Ailand is not just an app, it's a personal assistant designed to help user navigate their daily lives with efficiency and ease. Through AI-driven customization, an intuitive interface, and a friendly, interactive guide, it transforms the challenge of time management into a seamless experience.
Reflections — A Journey of Identity

Exploring self-perception through color, contrast, reflection, and memory. This book is an artistic exploration of identity, a visual and textual experiment that delves into personal memories, insecurities, and the way I perceive myself and my surroundings. With bold colors juxtaposed against deeper themes and reflective surfaces that invite introspection. It challenges the viewer to question: How do we see ourselves? How do others see us?
I created this book when I was in college. The challenge was to design an experimental book or magazine. At the time, I was searching for myself as an artist, so I poured everything into this project, using it as a journey of self-discovery.
The book unveils memories and insecurities, contrasting its dark themes with bold, vibrant colors. Within the textual compositions, it includes mirrored films that reflect the reader's being and surroundings. The core concept revolves around reflection. How I see myself, how I perceive the world around me, and how others might see me.
Beyond the Road — Innovative Designs for ADV Motorcycle Rideon's Basic 2025 Collection
This was the last project I did with ADV Motorcycle Rideon at Duplo Impacto, and involved the development of the 2025 graphic line. The collection includes a variety of items such caps, jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts and neck gaiters. Each piece was carefully designed to reflect a cohesive and contemporary aesthetic, aligning with the brand's identity and the client's vision.
Over the past 3 years, I have designed various graphic lines for Rideon, adapting the designs to suit different tourist destinations. Each collection was tailored to reflect the unique vibe and culture of these locations, ensuring that the brand's identity remained consistent while offering fresh and innovative visuals every year.

Handcrafted School Planner — A Personal Creative Project

The summer I graduated from college, I felt the urge to keep creating, so I designed and produced personalized school planners for my nephews.
These planners were heavily inspired by the aesthetic and playful style of Mr.Wonderful, a brand I truly admire. While this was a small personal project, I believe it deserves its place in my portfolio as a reflection of my creativity, attention to detail, and passion for design.
